Live 1995 Mersault Cult Vinegar. Made exclusively from 1995 Vintage Mersault from Burgundy this vinegar is one of our very smartest. It has been slowly fermented and unfiltered so it contains the mother.
Buttery, oaky and mellow but with zip like a fine white Burgundy should - this is a really fun vinegar. It's got great depth so works wonderfully well in a hollandaise, beurre blanc, or just spritzed onto oysters.
Live vinegar is unpasturised and contains living bacterial cultures.
