This sweet and sharp vinegar is rich amber colour. The high alcohol and sugar content yields a spritely vinegar that’s full of apricot and peach flavours. Enjoy it over a goats curd and fig salad or on strawberries with a sprinkling of black pepper. Or even spritzed over a tarte tatin.
Live vinegar is unpasturised and contains living bacterial cultures.
