Live vintage Bordeaux vinegar with the mother. Made from 1995 vintage red wine from the Fronsac appellation in Bordeaux. Unflitered and slowly fermented for maximum flavour.
Savoury, deep, rich and full of power this premium vintage vinegar is best served with some good sourdough bread to whet the appetite and kick start a meal - and a conversation. It's also fabulous squirted over tomatoes or to deglaze a pan you've just seared a steak in. And like all our vinegars, it's great in classic a dressing too.
Live vinegar is unpasturised and contains living bacterial cultures.
